How it works
We load an agent on each PC, Server or mobile device you want to monitor. The agents have an encrypted connection to our hosted software and requires no firewall changes. Once loaded, the hwardware appears on our dashboard where we can configure a wide variety of alerts, thresholds, and status checks for daily and 7/24 monitoring.
Round-the-Clock Monitoring checks critical systems every fifteen minutes. Whenever it sniffs a problem, it sends us an email or SMS alert showing the exact nature of the problem.
