2026-01-14 - Registration categories capability expanded to 50
Registration module has been enhanced to allow up to 50 categories for tracking and loading the scoring spreadsheets. This new functionality allows multiple rounds for the same categories to be tracked using this one spreadsheet, which prevents having to double enter data into the scoring sheets. It also allows for another way of tracking people who progress from one round to another.
2025-11-24 - Judges Comments Entry and Reporting Functionality added
Scoresheets now support the entry of freeform comments by a judge so a contestant can get feedback on their performance. This can be extremely valuable for younger players looking for advice. Comments can be printed along with the scores or without the scores for those contests that do not release scores.
2025-09-15 - Training Exercise for Scoring Process Released
We are happy to announce a new training module for the Normal Scoring System (NSS), The training exercise takes a user through the scoring process, from setting up judges and contestants, to determine playing order, entry of scores and finalization of results. The training has an accompanying worksheet of data to enter and is hand-on with examples and screen shots and comparison of your results to what you should see. Along with the step-by-step guides already in-place, the NSS will be even easier to use. This is now available to all currently licensed users, contact us if you would like this upgrade.
2025-09-13 - Registration Module Enhancement
A new feature has been added to the registration functionality that will automatically sort contents for a category and load them into a scoring spreadsheet - no more manually cut/paste! This is now available to all currently licensed users, contact us if you would like this upgrade.
