SOFTWARE AND PRODUCT LICENSE Prices

NSS-LICENSE-01 – “Fairness Starter”                                      ($299)

Run a fair, dispute-resistant contest this year - for less than the cost of one unhappy sponsor.  Includes:

• 121-day access to scoring files centered around your event
• Full year of support files, templates, and documentation
• 5-year archival capability for audit and historical reference
• Electronic manuals
• Access to minor updates during the scoring license period

Designed for a single contest requiring credible, transparent results.

License is assigned to one event only and may not be transferred or shared.

NSS-LICENSE-02 – “Guided Setup”                                           ($429)

New to normalized scoring? This option ensures you get it right.

 Includes everything in NSS-LICENSE-01, plus:

• Two (2) one-hour remote consultation sessions
• Guided setup assistance tailored to your event
• Best practices for judges, categories, and scoring flow

Bring professional-grade credibility and confidence to your event without stress.

NSS-LICENSE-03 – “White-Glove Setup”                                ($549)

For organizers who want confidence and speed, this is your near turnkey option.

Includes everything in NSS-LICENSE-02, plus:

• One-time setup of Registration Module
• Setup of scoring round files for each category
• Also includes setup for Archives, Cumulative totals, Duration calculator, and Judge assignments (if requested)

Requires 30-day advance notice prior to event. ($100 surcharge applies if inside 30 days.)

NSS-DUR-01 – “Duration Calculator”                                       ($59)

Calculate Entire Event times and durations upfront PLUS manage schedule IN REAL TIME. Critical for any judged contest. Works independently or with NSS scoring to give organizers confidence, control, and professional-level efficiency.”

SUPPORT SERVICES Prices

NSS-ONSITE-01 – “Onsite Assist (Base Block)”                    $399)

Bring an expert into your scoring room when it matters most. Includes:

• Up to 4 hours onsite support (plus up to 2 hours travel time)
• Hands-on assistance operating NSS during your event

Ideal for smaller events or targeted support needs.

Requires NSS-LICENSE-03
Additional time and expenses billed separately.
Requires 30-day advance notice.

NSS-ONSITE-02 – “Onsite Assist (Full Day Block)”              ($499)

For full event coverage and maximum confidence. Includes everything in NSS-ONSITE-01, plus:

• Up to 8 hours onsite support
• Real-time scoring support and issue resolution

Ideal for high-stakes or multi-category events.

Same terms as NSS-ONSITE-01 apply.

NSS-ONSITE-02  - “Extended Onsite Hours”                         ($50/hour)

Additional per-hour onsite and/or travel time in support of NSS-ONSITE-01.

NSS-ONSITE-03  - “Onsite Travel & Expenses”                      actual

Actual travel and onsite expenses billed at cost.

NSS-REMOTE-01 - “Remote NSS Consultation”                   ($100/hour)

For setup help, troubleshooting, or staff training.

• 1-hour minimum
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
• Weekend availability may be arranged

Requires 3-day notice (30-day notice recommended for event-week support)
