NEWS - Microsoft has announced that Response Point will be discontinued as a for sale product on August 31, 2010. Carnes Group will continue to support our Response Point customers. We will continue to offer Response Point to anyone who would like to implement it.
We also offer a Host VoIP Telephony solution with NGT as well as a migration path for our customers using Aastra and Syspine equipment should they decide to move.
Response Point will continue to function as it always has and current customers need be in no hurry to make changes!
